So, I expected to feel like the big, bad-ass upper termer when I got back to the Rock, but honestly, it's been kind of weird. I thought I'd fall back into my old routine and in some ways I have, but in other ways I haven't so that's interesting to deal with right now. It's like I need to adjust to life down here all over again. Which is definitely something I thought I got done with back in August. I dunno, maybe it's just the first week. Or at least I hope it is. I definitely miss home though.
Meanwhile it would REALLY help if I got the Internet at home. And if the fire alarm in Taylor wouldn't keep going off. Six times on Wednesday and three times on Thursday. WTF.
Aquarium tonight...should be a very crowded time!
I can't think of a single reason why I should be a doctor, but I can think of a thousand reasons why I should quit. They make it hard on purpose. There are lives in our hands. There comes a moment when it's more than just a game, and you either take that step forward or turn around and walk away. I could quit but here's the thing, I love the playing field. [MG]
